ASSET POOLS LLC operates as the specialized aquatic division of Asset Plus Technical Services LLC, a fully licensed Dubai contracting company. Although the dedicated Asset Pools brand was formally established four years ago to focus exclusively on pools, jacuzzis, water features and chemical supply, the founder and technical leadership team bring more than 25 years of continuous hands-on UAE swimming pool construction and maintenance experience to every project. Our leadership has personally supervised hundreds of residential, hospitality and community pool installations across every generation of Dubai villa community, from the early Emirates Hills developments through Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and contemporary new builds.

Every pool construction agreement, waterproofing warranty, AMC maintenance contract and chemical supply invoice is issued under the corporate guarantee and civil liability of Asset Plus Technical Services LLC. Yes. All civil works, waterproofing installations, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) connections and swimming pool maintenance operations are performed under the parent company’s valid DED trade license, Dubai Municipality work permits and comprehensive third-party liability insurance covering both personnel and third-party property. Copies of our trade license, municipality registration and insurance certificate are available on written request for corporate clients, property management companies and homeowners’ associations. Every maintenance technician assigned to your pool is individually badged, uniformed and trained in our 12-point AMC protocol.

Day-to-day operations are led by the founder, a UAE-based civil engineer with 25+ continuous years of swimming pool construction and maintenance experience personally overseeing structural design, concrete works, waterproofing, MEP coordination, finish selections and handover quality control. Corporate governance, financial administration, HR, HSE compliance and client contracting are managed through Asset Plus Technical Services LLC’s central administration.
