Yes. Roughly 40% of our work is commercial and community-scale — including 5-pool installations at The Greens, 3-pool hospitality contracts for the Bin Haider Group, and ongoing maintenance contracts for residential towers and hotel developments. For commercial projects we submit formal BOQ (Bill of Quantities) proposals, carry project insurance, and provide dedicated project managers and weekly progress reports.
Every project includes two complimentary AutoCAD design revisions plus 2D/3D renders showing tile finish options, decking, lighting, equipment placement, hydraulic lines, and jacuzzi/jet configurations. Additional revisions beyond the first two are billed at a transparent hourly rate and always pre-approved with you. Most clients lock the design within 2–3 meetings.
A standard residential villa pool is typically completed in 8–12 weeks from first pour to handover. A 5-pool community installation like The Greens takes 14–20 weeks including MEP coordination, municipality inspections, and commissioning. Commercial resort pools (200+ sqm) are usually delivered in 20–28 weeks depending on scope and structural complexity. All timelines are formally set in the contract with milestone payments.
Every completed project is handed over with a complete documentation pack including: as-built AutoCAD drawings and hydraulic schematics, all equipment warranty certificates (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, LEDs), material test reports and tile supplier documentation, structural concrete pour and compression test records, waterproofing and leak-test reports, municipality completion certificates, and a 3-monthly recommended maintenance log. Commercial clients additionally receive O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals with training sessions for their on-site facilities teams.
We provide a 2-year full structural warranty on the pool shell and concrete works against leakage or structural failure, and a 1-year warranty on all workmanship, tiling, decking, and MEP installations. Equipment warranties are the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on brand), all assigned to you at handover. AMC clients on our annual maintenance contracts receive extended cover and priority response for any warranty claims.
