Every weekly Annual Maintenance Contract visit includes a disciplined 12-point protocol: pool water sampling and 7-way analysis (pH, free/total chlorine, total alkalinity, CYA, TDS, water temperature), manual chemical balancing with certified SDIC/TCCA 90% products, surface skimming, full floor wall and step vacuuming, emptying skimmer baskets and pump hair lint pots, filter backwash and rinse cycles as needed, equipment compartment inspection and O-ring lubrication, peristaltic auto-doser calibration and chemical refill, deck brushing, water top-up, and a photo-completed WhatsApp report sent within an hour of leaving site. Bi-weekly and monthly packages are also available for second-home villas.
Absolutely. We have completed dozens of retro-fit concrete jacuzzi installations within existing pool surrounds. Our civil team performs a full structural survey, cuts a clean opening with a diamond-bladed wet saw, pours a monolithic reinforced concrete shell tied into the existing pool grade beams, runs new Schedule-40 hydrotherapy pipework and dedicated 3-phase circuits (where required), applies two-component cementitious waterproofing, installs the glass mosaic or porcelain finish, and commissions with a variable-speed blower and titanium inverter heater. The whole retrofit typically takes 3–4 weeks including curing, and we carry comprehensive third-party liability insurance for all structural work.
SDIC 56% (sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate) is a fast-dissolving granular chlorine used for weekly shock treatments, algae eradication, and rapid boost of low chlorine readings — it dissolves in under 2 minutes and is pH-neutral. TCCA 90% (trichloroisocyanuric acid) is a slow-dissolving compressed tablet (typically 200 g pucks or 20 g mini-tablets) placed in floaters or inline chlorinators for steady, continuous disinfection over 3–7 days. Both are factory-sealed, GHS-labelled, Innotech-sourced, and Dubai Municipality compliant. We sell them in 5 kg retail pails, 25 kg industrial drums, and custom scheduled bulk deliveries for communities and hotels.
Yes. Our in-house landscape water-feature designer provides full CAD layouts, hydraulic calculations (flow rates, head pressure, reservoir sizing), 3D renderings, material mood boards, complete MEP details including dedicated power circuits for inverters and RGB DMX lighting, and a written bill of quantities before any work starts. We work with your architect, landscape consultant or contractor to coordinate the installation phase, and we issue as-built drawings and commissioning protocols on handover.
