Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company" refers to Asset Pools LLC, a subsidiary of Asset Plus Technical Services LLC, licensed in Dubai, UAE
• "Client" refers to any individual, entity, or property manager engaging the Company for services
• "Services" refers to swimming pool construction, renovation, maintenance, chemical supply, jacuzzi installation, and waterfall construction
• "Website" refers to the official Asset Pools LLC website
• "AMC" refers to Annual Maintenance Contract services

2 Service Agreement

All services provided by Asset Pools LLC are subject to a formal written contract or quotation agreed upon by both parties. Work commences only upon:

• Written acceptance of the formal quotation or proposal
• Payment of the agreed advance deposit (typically 30–50% of project value)
• Site access granted by the Client or property manager
• All necessary permits obtained where applicable

3 Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Asset Pools LLC are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Subject to on-site assessment and final confirmation
• Exclusive of VAT (5% UAE VAT applicable where required by law)
• Based on the specifications provided at the time of quotation — changes may result in revised pricing
• The online Cost Estimator on our website provides indicative ranges only and is not a binding quotation

4 Payment Terms

• Pool Construction: 50% deposit on contract signing, 30% at structural completion, 20% on final handover
• Renovation/Renovation: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• AMC Contracts: Billed monthly or quarterly as agreed; must be paid within 10 days of invoice date
• Chemical Supply: Payment due on delivery or as per agreed credit terms
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 2% per month
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

5 Timeline and Delays

While we strive to complete all projects within agreed timelines, Asset Pools LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Material supply chain disruptions or shortages
• Extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, flooding)
• Client-requested changes to specifications during construction
• Delays in site access or permit approvals by government authorities
• Force majeure events

6 Warranty

Asset Pools LLC provides the following standard warranties on completed work:

• Structural concrete work: 5-year warranty against structural defects
• Waterproofing: 2-year warranty
• Tile and mosaic work: 1-year warranty against delamination under normal conditions
• Equipment (pumps, filters, heaters): Manufacturer warranty applies
• Warranty exclusions: Chemical damage from incorrect use, physical damage, Acts of God, and modifications by third parties

7 Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

• AMC agreements are for a minimum period of 12 months
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice and settlement of outstanding fees
• AMC visits are scheduled — emergency call-outs outside scheduled visits may be billed additionally
• The Client must provide unobstructed access to the pool and its mechanical room
• Chemical costs are either included (as per agreement) or billed separately at market rates

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Asset Pools LLC's total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total contract value paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of profits or business interruption.

9 Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. All content, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Asset Pools LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. The Cost Estimator tool provides approximate figures only and does not constitute a binding quotation.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
