Bespoke Concrete Jacuzzis

Acrylic pre-moulded spas are factory-made drop-in tubs that last 5–10 years maximum, crack easily under UAE summer sun, use thin jets, and have no structural integration with your landscape. A 100% custom poured reinforced concrete jacuzzi is a permanent engineered structure (minimum 20–30 year life) fully bonded directly to your pool deck, tiled with the same glass mosaic as your pool for visual continuity, and we plumb oversized hydrotherapy jets sized for adult body ergonomics at 4.2 bar pressure — something no acrylic tub can achieve. For a luxury Dubai villa estate, concrete is the only correct long-term investment decision.

Using a properly sized titanium inverter heat pump (the most efficient for UAE climate), a 1500-litre residential concrete jacuzzi heated to 38–40°C costs approximately AED 120–180 per month in electricity if properly insulated and used 3–4 times per week with a spa cover. We always specify COP 5.5+ inverter heat pumps (not cheap resistive heaters that cost 3× more to run). If connected to solar panels on your villa, effective running cost drops to near zero — a very popular upgrade we recommend for Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah clients.

Our standard 2.2m × 1.8m 4–5 person Dubai specification includes 18 to 24 high-flow hydrotherapy jets — typically 4 large whirlpool jets for the back (lumbar and scapula zones), 2 foot jets, 4 calf jets, 6 adjustable neck/shoulder jets, plus 3–6 small precision acupressure finger jets, sized to a 3.0HP jet pump and 1.5HP dedicated blower for air infusion. Every jet position and angle is mapped to ergonomic submerged concrete bench seating during design — we will always show you an AutoCAD layout before construction so you can approve positions based on your own height and preferred recline angle. There is no extra charge for custom jet maps.

For jacuzzis under our Weekly or Bi-Weekly AMC, our technicians perform: complete water test (pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, TDS, Sanitizer residual) every visit, surface and jet line brushing, skimmer and cartridge filter clean, weir basket empty, chemical adjustment with premium SDIC shock every 2 weeks, and a deep quarterly equipment room service including jet pump inspection, O-ring greasing, filter pressure gauge calibration, and heat pump coil clean. If you are NOT under AMC, we recommend a minimum weekly 30–45 minute self-maintenance routine. Never let a jacuzzi go more than 10 days without sanitiser — hot water is a breeding ground for bacteria and mould.

Absolutely yes. Our inverter heat pumps are actually reversible — they can actively chill jacuzzi water down to 22–24°C in the summer months, converting your spa into a beautiful cold plunge experience for post-gym sessions and hot afternoons. You simply set your desired temperature on the digital keypad or phone app and the system automatically heats or cools accordingly. This dual-mode heating/cooling capability is standard in every Asset Pools LLC concrete jacuzzi installation — no extra cost.
